As a registered sponsor, you should receive emails from Cloudi-Fi in order to approve or reject user access requests. In previous versions of our service, clicking on a link inside those emails was good enough but this behavior changed so now you also need to confirm your action by clicking on a button inside a web page.
This change was made in order to fix some issues we had with some customers. It appears that some email clients, for instance Outlook, could scan URLs inside emails and send it to a web crawler, like Bing. By calling the URL, the crawler was actually granting access at your place, which was a security issue. By adding a confirmation step, we make sure this action was intentional and accomplished by you.
